Happy New YEAR everyone. I am very much looking forward to 2025. This will be the year I go full time to my art. I hope to have more frequent updates here. But for now. Check out my new glaze combos. I am calling them Sun, Surf and Sand.
It’s a great combination of shino, a strong color like Storm, Sage or French white and then honey flux. But I also tried it snapdragon, power turquoise and forest green.

In a recent visit to David at Clay Creations, he showed me his mushrooms. I just fell in love. Here is my first round of mushrooms. Expect more to come.

This year for the holidays decided to try something different. Since all the craft fairs were closed, just opened the front driveway and sold pottery. Not too bad of a showing. Happy for the year to be over. Looking forward to 2021.

Well after a 3-year break I decided to get back into pottery. I forgot how much I needed it.

Wow, it’s already September. What happened to the year. So a few weeks ago Aunt Nickie says, “Can you make me yarn bowls?” Sorry – what the heck is a yarn bowl…well, here is my first attempt at a yarn bowl. I hope they survive the firing.

Just finished the first DIY Show on Treasure Island. If you have not visited Treasure Island, you need to go visit. Here is my table – I was in the Vie Winery. And the wines were not bad.

This summer has been GREAT.
First I have been back to my pottery wheel with great success. Found a new combination of Quyle’s Redstone and SilverStone. This has been the best clay combination to date. You tell me how they look?

Sorry for the disappearance. Real life has been getting in the way. But finally after all real life, I have some time to get back into the Studo. Really looking forward to more of my Red and White clay. Enjoy! Jennifer
